An 8-hour training workshop on Dispute Boards delivered in person at the offices of ie-net. Workshop topics to include:
• Introduction to Dispute Boards
• DRBF Code of Ethical Conduct
• Informal Assistance and Advisory Opinions
• Nomination and Appointment of DB Members
• DB Operations: Regular Meetings and Site Visits
• Hearings, Decisions & Enforcement

09:30h Introduction by Didier De Buyst, MSc & PhD in Engineering, certified court expert, certified mediator in civil and commercial matters, visiting professor, country representative for Belgium at the DRBF
09:45h Start of the training by Arent van Wassenaer
