In case you have confirmed your participation but you can no longer participate, we would like to ask you to cancel your registration prior to 3 working days before the event. Otherwise you might be charged € 50 excl. VAT.
Cancellation No charge events
All events are costly to set up, even those for which there is no charge to attendees. If you register for a free event but find you are unable to attend, please let us know no later than 3 working days before the day of the event. We need to cover the costs of events, and therefore we may charge you a fee of €50 excl. VAT to cover administration and catering costs.
