Responsible governance in trade relations : when do business gifts become bribes?

| FreeThis roundtable is a joint initiative of GUBERNA, the Belgian Institute of Directors, and ICC Belgium, the Belgian branch of the International Chamber of Commerce.
During the meeting, we will discuss how boards of directors and management teams can apply the principles of good governance in their companies’ trade relations, for instance when they are faced with ethical dilemmas.
Those principles will be illustrated with a concrete example : When do business gifts become bribes? At this roundtable, you will be updated on the latest trends regarding responsible trade conduct, and you will be able to exchange good practices with peers in a confidential setting.
